WET4U Racing must be contacted prior to the return of ANY goods.
- A Request for a return must be made within 15 days upon receipt of goods.
- Returns made without exchanges, are subject to a 30% restocking/handling fee unless we supplied you incorrectly (this is an industry wide standard). Original shipping charge and return shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
- All returned merchandise must be well packaged.
- We do not accept any liability on returned damaged merchandise. Insurance is inexpensive and worth it especially on expensive products.
- Every returned item must be in its original, new, unused condition and be contained in its original undamaged packaging including all paperwork, instructions and factory sales tags.
- Items that are used, mounted, drilled, or scratched will be refused and returned to the customer.
- NO Returns on special order or back ordered items.
- We will except returns that are incorrectly supplied as long as the above guide lines have been followed.
