Description
This lightweight all aluminium upper cowling/meter stay replaces the big and complicated heavy steel one supplied with the bike and weighs a fraction of the original.
It is designed to be strong but minimal and supports both the fairing and instrument securely. It consists of a CNC machined aluminium clamp around the headstock and a lightweight aluminium fabricated stay which has been powdercoated for a durable finish.
It is simple and easy to install and in the event of an accident, it is easy to replace or repair. The instruments are mounted using the original stock mounts and it has a tab for holding the tipover sensor, also includes a stay to relocate the regulator.
